Rick Musick founded his auction company in Grangeville, Idaho in 1977, and continues to act as President and CEO of United Country-Musick & Sons Auction & Real Estate Services. In May of 2006, he opened his second location, the Prairie Community Auction Center, in North Central Idaho on Hwy 95 between Grangeville and Cottonwood. Rick was awarded the pretigious 2008 Hall of Fame Inductee award from the Idaho Association of National Auctioneers for his lifetime acheivements in the auction industry. He has over 30 years experience in the auction business and is known in his industry for being an innovative and forward thinker. Nita is the Co-Owner and branch manager of our United Country – Musick & Sons Grangeville office. Nita has been in the auction business for most of her life. Nita enjoys watching classic movies, four-wheeling, traveling, cooking, and scrapbooking.

Earl Musick, Auctioneer/Designated Broker

Earl Musick has been a part of the auction industry from the day he was born, but he made it official by completing auction school at the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in 1998. He also continued his education by receiving his CAI designation and completing the Spanish bilingual auctioning courses. In 2006, Earl completed his real estate licensing and now acts as the designated broker for United Country – Musick & Sons Auction & Real Estate Services. Earl is also an active member in both is State and National Associations. He was the 2006 President of the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers (IAPA) and the 2006 Idaho Bid Calling Champion Auctioneer. His interests include sports, snowmobiling, and hunting.

Sue Schumacher, Realtor

Sue has 15 years of real estate experience, and loves working with people. She enjoys helping buyers achieve their goals of home ownership and fulfilling their dreams to own land.
Sue has lived on the Camas Prairie for 24 years and is married to a 3rd generation Idaho farmer, so she has a strong background in the agricultural field. In addition, she also specializes in selling recreational land and residential properties. In her spare time, Sue enjoys camping and trail riding as well go steelhead fishing on the Salmon River.

Brandi is our advertising and marketing coordinator and currently acts as a sales agent for United Country-Musick & Sons Auction & Real Estate Services. She designs and produces our in-house fliers, promotional materials, and advertisements. She also is key in generating company presentation materials, property information packets, and maintaining the website and customer database. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business with honors at the University of Idaho in 2002. Brandi has been in the auction business for approximately 7 years. In her spare time, Brandi volunteers as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Her passions include traveling, cooking, dancing, crafts, and working on home improvement projects.
